Trip to Estonia (Click on any image to load a larger copy)
Introduction
While in Helsinki, Finland (See Trip to Finland), I made a day trip to Tallin Estonia by ferry. Estonia was part of the Soviet Union and became an independent country in 1991, soon after the breakup of the Soviet Union. I spent much of my short visit just walking around the old part of town visiting the City History Museum and several churches. Tallinn was very interesting and quite affordable. I wish I had spent more time there. But sadly, I had to return to Helsinki the same day.
Photo Info
This is the first trip I used a digital camera and was quite happy with the results. I used a Toshiba PDR-M81 4.2 Megapixel Digital Camera. The images were cleaned up a bit with Adobe PhotoShop Elements (To correct the color balance). Additional Camera Information
